Who is the Supreme Judge of the country?
Don’t fall for the ploy by the opposition to create distrust and erode public confidence in the judiciary, says the de facto law minister Nazri Aziz
‘What crisis? I don’t see any’, said Nari. In Malaysia, the question as who is the Supreme Judge who sits on top of the Chief Justice of the Federal court is now being asked. The Malaysian's judicial crisis was started by Dr. M in the Tun Abbas' case and now sealed in the coffin by Nazri Aziz in the Lingam's case.
No explanation and commission can reinstate the credibility and independence of the Malaysian Judicial systm and all the thanks go to the BN. The Lingam case is even worst than the Watergate as the later only affect the election of the US president while the former was like "raping the whole Judicial system of the country in broad daylight."
Now, the Bar council went to the street in defence of the honor of the country's judicail system but i question the outcomes of the march. The BN will not even allow this issue to be debated in the Parliament as the de facto law minister said that
would violate the independence of the judiciary. But the independence of the judiciary was not violated when the CJ reported the Lingam case to the minister, what a bunch of jokers they were.
The whole episode led us asking "who is the supreme Judge of the country?" I guess we all know who he is,don't we? In the coming general election, let all of us be the real judges of the country!

Yeah, we must do our parts and make the tyrans pay in the coming election.
We should be able to judge for ourselves and our children and decide what we want for us and the country.
Don't be fooled by the Chinese-based parties of the BN and hope that everything would be OK as long as we give-in all the times. How much must we give in inorder to satisfy the racist politician of the BN?
Enough is enough and let us tell them that we are Malaysian of equal status and footing and we are no 2nd-class citizen of Malaysia.
DAP must led the people and give them hope and guidance just like what the shepards do to the lost sheep.
The Chinese are at the crossroad, there is no turning back for the Chinese here. It is like a cancer patient who either go for the operation or just hang on to the last breath and hope that the cancer will cure by itself.
wake up while we still an option left, surgeon is waiting lah.
indeed this is very troubling thing as judical suppose to be free from outside influece. if not, the judge is biase and how can justice prevail? thing must be clarify and investigate thoroughly. if found to be true, judical must be reform.
