柏拉旺区州议员黄培根州议会10提问（14.11.2011-23.11.2011）

1)      Wong Kee Woan to ask the Chief Minister (Written Answer) :
    On oil royalty 

a)       State the oil and gas revenue of Petronas in Sarawak and the
royalty they paid to the Sarawak government for the respective years
from 2001 to 2010. 

b)      State the known reserve of Crude Oil and Gas in Sarawak in terms of
barrels and Trillion Cubic Foot (TCF) respectively.
c)      Will the government set up a fund such as that being set up in the
state of Terengganu (the Terengganu Investment Authority) to safeguard
the interests of the state? 

2)      Wong Kee Woan to ask the Minister of Social Development (Oral
Answer) :
Is there any plan by the state government to build a multi-purposes
indoor stadium in Sibu? If yes, when? If not, why? 

3)      Wong Kee Woan to ask the Chief Minister (Oral Answer) : 
Is Laila Taib College (KLT) (formerly known as UCS) going to be
upgraded to a full-fledged university? If yes, when and whether it is
a national university? If no, when would Sibu have a full-fledged
university?
4) Wong Kee Woan to ask the Minister of Housing (written Answer):
On housing in Sarawak:
a)      How does the state government categorize the low and medium cost
houses in Sarawak?
b)      How many low cost houses have been constructed in Kuching, Sibu,
Miri, Bintulu, Sarikei, and Samarahan for the respective years from
2001 to 2010?
c)      How many low cost houses is the government going to build for the
next 5 years (2011-2016)) in Kuching, Sibu, Miri, Bintulu, Samarahan
and Sarekei?
5) Wong Kee Woan to ask the Minister of Industrial Development
(Written Answer):
Please list all the foreign direct investments by economic sectors
such as Oil and Gas, Information Technologies, Foods and Beverages,
Manufacturing, Textile and Pharmaceutical received by the state
government from 2001-2011 by each division of the state. 

6) Wong Kee Woan to ask the Chief Minister and the Minister of Finance
(written Answer):
On development funds allocated by the government:
a)      How much development fund is being channeled to each state
constituency in Sarawak annually for the respective years from
2006-2011?
b)      Has the state constituency of Bukit Assek being included in the
annual funding grants from 2006-2011?
c)      How much development grants is the government planning to give to
each constituency from 2011-2012?
7) Wong Kee Woan to ask the Minister of Tourism (Oral Answer):
On Foreign nationals in Sarawak:
A)      How many foreign nationals are there in Sibu, Bintulu, Miri and
Kuching?
B)      What are the terms of their visiting Visas? How many have been
deported for violating the terms of their Visas from 2001-2011?
C)      How many of them have overstayed and what actions have been taken
to prevent this from happening?
8) Wong Kee Woan to ask the Minister of Housing (written Answer):
On landed properties without titles
a)      How many residential houses are there in Kuching, Sibu, Miri,
Bintulu, Sarikei and Limbang and Samarahan which are owner occupied
but are without land titles? Please list out in detail for each
division.
b)      What are the causes for this non-issuance of titles and what steps
has the government taken to make sure that these properties will be
given title eventually?
c)      What plans are in place by the state government to protect house
buyers in Sarawak whereby the developers are allowed to sell houses
even before the construction have started?

a)      Was Sar-Alam Indah Sdn. Bhd granted the sole and exclusive rights
for the sludge treatment in Sibu?
b)      If Yes, What infrastructures do they provide to enable the
government to grant them the exclusive rights?
c)      What are the terms and conditions? ….

On Chinese Independent Schools and missionary schools
a)      Will the state government allocate an annual budget for the Chinese
Independent Schools and missionary school in the state? If no, why?
b)      Would the government consider allocating the 2000 hectares of land
from different divisions of the state such as Kuching, Samarahan,
Sibu, Bintulu and Miri instead of in the rural area?
c)      Please state the grant and allocation by the state government to
the Independent Chinese Schools and Missionary Schools from 2001-2011.

a)      州政府如何归类州内廉价和中价屋？

b)      从2001至2010年在古晋，诗巫，美里，民都鲁，泗里街和砂马拉汉共建造多少间廉价屋？

c)       在未来5年（2011-2016）政府计划在古晋，诗巫，美里，民都鲁，砂马拉汉和泗里街建造多少间廉价屋？

关于在砂州的外国公民：

a)      有多少的外国公民在诗巫，民都鲁，美里和古晋？

b)      持有旅游签证的条件？从2001至2011年有多少人违反其签证条款，被驱逐出境？

c)       有多少人逾期逗留，已经采取了什么行动来防止这种情况的发生？

              关于没有地契的土地产业

a)      有多少住宅屋在古晋，诗巫，美里，民都鲁，泗里街，林梦和砂马拉汉已经入住，但是没有土地地契？请详细列出各别地区的数据。

b)      是什么原因导致没有发放土地地契？政府将采取什么步骤来确保这些产业最终可以得到土地地契？

c)       在先售后建的情况下，政府将实行怎样的计划来保障州内购屋者的权益？

c)  请列出从2001至2011年州政府分配给独中及教会学校的教育拨款.
